Build fundamental skills essential to presenting in a virtual environment. Virtual Presentation Success introduces learners to the unique virtual presentation environment, familiarizes them with common platform tools, and digs deep on how to design a presentation to generate engagement with an audience.
By participating in Virtual Presentation Success, your team will gain the skills to:
- Present a professional appearance on virtual platforms (camera angle, lighting, background, posture, clothing & more)
- Strategically design a presentation to meet specific
objectives, including:
- Analyzing an audience—knowing what they want, need, and expect (and adjusting your presentation for specific audiences, such as seniors)
- Knowing your point and staying on point
- Opening & closing techniques to gain interest, buy-in and action
- Making a message memorable (stories, visuals, and more)
- Presenting data in a meaningful way
- Using effective visuals (e.g., slides, videos)
- Communicating with passion and compassion
- Engage an audience with interaction throughout the presentation (questions, chat, polls, etc.)
- Handle questions with clarity and confidence
- Boost confidence with a few simple techniques
