Win Them Back—and Keep Them: Retention Strategies for Ending the Year Strong
Membership is the gatekeeper to club success, yet many clubs focus more on recruiting new members than re-engaging the ones they already have. In this interactive workshop, Diane Windingland, DTM, shares practical, proven strategies for retaining current members and welcoming former members back—without pressure or guilt. This session will help club leaders strengthen engagement, build momentum, and finish strong.
In this session, participants will:
- Identify common (and often overlooked) reasons members disengage or leave
- Learn simple, human ways to reach out and re-engage members with empathy
